Quat-39    Quat 39 is a phosphate-free concentrated disinfectant which provides effective cleaning, deodorizing, disinfection and sanitization. It has been designed specifically for air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, mold and mildew control, coil cleaning and other cleaning where the prime importance is controlling the hazards of cross-contamination.

When used as directed, Quat 39 is formulated to disinfect non-porous, inanimate surfaces such as air ducts, coils, furnaces and any other surfaces that collects mold, mildew, bacteria, and dust.
Quat 39 will also deodorize those areas which are generally hard to keep fresh-smelling and that are prone to odors caused by microorganisms.

F.P Sanitizer    is    a concentrated liquid sanitizer to be used for sanitizing air ducts, coils, furnaces and any other surfaces that collects mold, mildew, bacteria, and dust. Microbiology efficacy test data shows F.P Sanitizer delivers. It is effective as a sanitizer in up to 750 ppm hard water and in the presence of 5% organic soil. An additional feature of F.P Sanitizer is its cleaning ability. Unlike many sanitizers, it contains surfactants and builders to give additional cleaning power.

HVAC-Oxine removes these in seconds!
